Our History

Baxley Tree Services has three generations of tree removal experience in North Carolina, and in that time, we have removed over one million trees all over the state. We have worked in all 100 of North Carolina’s counties and our extensive list of projects ranges from small home removals to large scale emergency removals and DOT highway projects.

We got into the business of tree removal primarily to help people. Our ability to move quickly in response to client, community and state needs is something that most tree care/removal services simply cannot offer. We strive to provide our clients with outstanding service quality in a safe and reliable manner.

At Baxley Tree Services, our team of ISA certified arborists are committed to providing landscape management recommendations, safely and at a level that meets or exceeds industry standards based on our knowledge and experience. We believe that tree removal is a last option and strive to do our best to evaluate trees for safety and appearance by means of a systematic and thorough inspection and making an accurate, scientific diagnosis of plant problems and assess current and future plant requirements. Once we have done this, we provide a full range of necessary remedial treatments and work with our clients to develop effective long-term preventive care and maintenance programs.

We are fully bonded, licensed and insured for all residential, commercial and municipal projects.

At Baxley Tree services, our values extend beyond safety and quality customer service. We also believe in supporting our state and maintaining its beauty through our commitment to green practices and recycling efforts. Our firm belief in reforestation means that we replace trees whenever possible after a removal.

In addition to our commitment to replanting and recycling, Baxley Tree Services has worked closely with NC Legislators to change the policies on state contracts so that wood from projects such as highway maintenance and emergency removals can be donated instead of being destroyed.
